Appointment management

Future appointments are scheduled with your therapist during a session. If needed, you can call Les Toises to make a new appointment.

The frequency of appointments is determined by your therapist depending on the situation.

If you would like to receive a reminder* of your appointments by SMS or e-mail 48 hours in advance, please contact the Reception or send an e-mail to info@lestoises.ch.

*For your information, these messages are reminders and not confirmations of appointments.

If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your appointment by contacting Les Toises.

For any missed appointment not excused at least 24 hours in advance, you will be billed for the entire consultation not cancelled.

Consultation

A session lasts about 1 hour, except for the first appointment which lasts about 1h30.

It is perfectly possible to bring another person to a session. If the situation allows it, we invite you to discuss it with your therapist beforehand.

You can contact Les Toises and ask to speak to your therapist. If he or she is available, we will forward the call.

Please contact the Admissions Department to let them know the situation.

Follow-up with your assigned therapist during adolescence can sometimes continue beyond that.

You can benefit from our services in the same way as a Swiss. However, you will have to pay the consultation fees after the session. We will give you an invoice for your insurance.
